Can I return my order?

You have the right to return your order up to 14 working days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return are for your own account. If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, it will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to us.

 

If you intend to return your order, you must inform us in advance. This way we know who the returned package comes from.

What is the delivery time of my package?

We usually deliver all items from stock, so you have your order in the next working day. If your ordered items are not in stock, a delivery time will be stated with the product.

Delivery times clearly depend on the geographical area where the customer is located.

We charge an average of 4 working days for shipments in Western Europe and 6 working days

for Eastern Europe.

There is currently no track and trace for large pallet shipments. That is how the

transporter systematically call the customer here to make an appointment about

delivery day and hour.

 

Your order at SL-homdecoration.com is always sent by parcel post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email. With this number you can see where your package is in the delivery process and how late your package will be delivered.

 

When an item is in stock, we strive to deliver your order the next working day. When an item is not in stock, the product has a delivery time. This is always displayed with the product. If you have any questions about this, you can always contact us.

What are the shipping costs of my order?

  • The length of the box + (2x height) + (2x width) = maximum 300cm

DE: 6.23 €

UK: 9.35 €

For pallet shipments abroad, unfortunately, we can not provide you with any advance notice

communicate prices. The price depends on a number of factors such as: (zip code, weight,

etc.). However, you are sure to pay a competitive price because we are large by us

to get the best possible market price on an annual basis.

The only countries for which we can already communicate a fixed palette price are Belgium and Netherlands.   Do you place an order with stock and not in stock?

This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For the other European countries, you can inquire about customer service.

Minimum amount for free shipping. Only applicable to standard sized parcel shipments. For international shipments with a different size or large volume / weight extra shipping costs will be charged.

** Transportation and delivery costs only apply to delivery addresses within national borders. Remote destinations and islands are excluded, costs are based on adjusted quotas.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Can I still cancel my order?

Yes, this is possible if the package has not yet been sent. If the package is already shipped, the return costs are for your own account.

Is it possible to receive an invoice with my order?

As soon as you place an order, we can send the invoice if desired. That is not a problem at all!
